You can delete your endrow account, your farm records, and your personal data any time you like. Here's exactly how, what comes off the system, and what stays — start to finish.

Both land in the same place — your account scheduled for permanent removal. One's a few taps in the app; the other's an email.
From inside the cab
Signed in? You can pull the plug yourself in three taps.
The fastest path is from inside your account. After signing in to endrow:
- Open the menu and go to More → Settings.
- Scroll to the bottom and choose Delete account.
- Confirm the deletion. Your account, farm records, contracts, costs, family knowledge entries, uploaded documents, and account-linked records are scheduled for permanent removal within 30 days.
This action is irreversible.
Send one email
Can't sign in, or just don't want to? One email does the same job.
If you cannot sign in, or you would rather not, email hello@endrow.farm with the subject Account deletion request.
Include:
- The email address tied to your endrow account.
- A short note that you are requesting permanent deletion of your endrow account and personal data.
We verify the request from the same email on file, then schedule deletion within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation when the deletion is complete.
What gets deleted
- Your endrow account profile and authentication record.
- Farm records, fields, crops, and history you entered.
- Contracts, marketing-plan entries, costs, and basis trackers.
- Family-knowledge entries and uploaded documents.
- Notes, tags, and operator-entered annotations.
- Any continuity records (heirs, advisors, succession items) you stored in your farm.
- Push notification tokens and device records tied to your account.
What may be retained, and why
We keep the following narrow records when required by law, accounting, or security:
- Billing and tax records tied to subscription payments, kept for the period required by tax and audit law.
- Security and abuse logs showing the existence of an account and any abuse signals, kept on a short rolling window.
- De-identified aggregate benchmarks contributed through the Regional Benchmark Network if you opted in. Aggregates cannot be tied back to your account or your farm.

Timing
In-app deletions begin immediately. Email-requested deletions begin within 5 business days of identity verification. In both cases, full removal from active systems completes within 30 days. Backup tapes age out on their own standard schedule.
