Privacy Policy

We collect the following categories of information when you use endrow:

Information you provide directly:

• Account information (name, email address, password)
• Farm profile data (farm name, location, county, total acreage, crop types)
• Production costs (seed, fertilizer, chemical, land rent, equipment, insurance, custom hire, drying, hauling, storage, and other operational costs)
• Grain contracts (bushels, price, delivery dates, buyer, contract type)
• Equipment and vehicle records (make, model, year, maintenance history)
• Family knowledge entries (responses to 365 daily questions about farming practices, family history, and operational knowledge)
• Uploaded documents (elevator tickets, receipts, leases, equipment manuals, photographs)

Information collected automatically:

• Usage data (features accessed, pages visited, timestamps)
• Device information (browser type, operating system, screen size)
• Authentication data (login timestamps, session tokens)
• First-party signup path context when you intentionally come through a public endrow entry path such as Start Free, Bring Your Advisor, the Regional Benchmark Network, or a campaign link. Campaign links may include an allowlisted click ID in the URL, which we store only as signup attribution.

We do not ask for biometric data, social security numbers, or financial account numbers as part of the standard product flow. If you upload a document that contains extra information, we treat that file as part of your account data and handle it under this policy.

We use your information for the following purposes:

• Provide the service: Display your dashboard, generate AI market briefs, calculate break-even prices, track contracts, and deliver the core endrow service.
• Generate AI recommendations: Process your farm data (costs, contracts, acreage) alongside public market data to produce personalized analytical outputs such as P&L projections, marketing signals, and stress-test scenarios.
• Improve endrow: Analyze aggregate or de-identified usage patterns and first-party signup path outcomes to identify bugs, improve features, and understand which farmer-first entry points or paid/organic campaign links actually lead to completed accounts. We do not use identifiable farm data for this purpose and we do not use third-party analytics platforms.
• Build Regional Benchmarks: If you opt into our Regional Benchmark Network, we use de-identified observations from your basis logs, marketing behavior, and, if separately opted in, cost, insurance, rent, seed, delivery, or livestock benchmark data to build aggregate regional indices inside endrow. Manage your preferences in the Data Sharing section of your account settings.
• Communicate with you: Send account-related notifications, respond to support requests, and provide service updates.

We want to be unambiguous about this:

• We do not sell your identifiable personal data or farm data. If you voluntarily participate in our Regional Benchmark Network, de-identified aggregate observations stay inside endrow’s benchmark systems and are not intended to include names, user IDs, or direct farm identifiers.
• We do not share your farm records, uploaded documents, or identifiable farm data with advertisers or ad networks. If a signup URL contains an ad click ID, we may use that first-party conversion fact to measure whether endrow’s own ads created a completed account.
• We do not share your identifiable data with commodity traders, grain buyers, or trading firms.
• We do not share your identifiable data with insurance companies as part of the benchmark program. Benchmark contributions for insurance use only broad, rounded fields when that lane is turned on.
• We do not share your data with government agencies unless required by valid legal process.
• We do not share your data with landlords, lenders, or financial institutions unless you intentionally choose to share it with them through endrow.
• We do not submit your farm data through our current AI API workflows for third-party model training.
• We do not disclose your identifiable data beyond what is needed to operate the service, respond to your request, comply with law, or share access you approve.

endrow uses a limited number of third-party services to operate the service. These services process your data only as needed for their role and under their applicable service terms and data-processing commitments:

• Supabase (database, authentication, and file storage) — Stores your account data, farm profile, and uploaded documents. Supabase is built on PostgreSQL and hosted on AWS infrastructure in the United States. Supabase is SOC 2 Type II compliant.
• Anthropic and OpenAI (AI processing) — Power AI-generated briefs, recommendations, and analytical outputs. Your data is sent through their API services on demand and, in our current setup, is not submitted for model training.
• Lovable (application hosting) — Hosts the endrow web application layer.
• CME Group market data (via Yahoo Finance / yfinance) — endrow retrieves publicly available grain futures prices. No user data is sent to CME Group or Yahoo Finance. This data flow is one-directional: market data comes in, nothing goes out.
• Regional Benchmark Network: If you opt into our Regional Benchmark Network, other participating endrow users may see aggregated regional benchmarks inside the product. Those benchmark views are designed not to show names, user IDs, or direct farm identifiers.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect your data, including:

• Encryption at rest: Data stored in our managed infrastructure is encrypted at rest.
• Encryption in transit: Data transmitted between your device and our servers uses TLS 1.3.
• Infrastructure: Data is hosted on Supabase on AWS infrastructure in the United States.
• Access controls: Internal access to production data is restricted on a need-to-know basis with role-based access controls and audit logging.
• Authentication: User authentication is managed through Supabase Auth with secure session management.

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active and you continue to use endrow. If you choose to delete your account, your farm records and personal data are scheduled for permanent removal from active systems within 30 days of account deletion. This includes your farm profile, contracts, costs, family knowledge entries, uploaded documents, and related account records, subject to the narrow legal, security, and billing exceptions described below.

We may retain de-identified, aggregated benchmark data for the purpose of improving the service and building regional benchmark context through our Regional Benchmark Network. We may also retain limited governance and billing records where required for legal, security, audit, or tax purposes. Those records are kept as narrow as possible and are not used for marketing.

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Right to access: You can view much of your account and farm data through the product and request an export for a broader portable copy.
• Right to export: You can request an export of your account data in a portable format through your account settings.
• Right to correct: You can update or correct any inaccurate information through your account at any time, or by contacting us at hello@endrow.farm.
• Right to delete: You can start the account-deletion flow from your settings, or by emailing us. This action is irreversible and remains subject to the limited retention items described above.
• Right to restrict processing: You can request that we limit how we use your data by contacting us at hello@endrow.farm.
• Right to control data sharing: You may opt into or out of the Regional Benchmark Network at any time through the Data Sharing section in your account settings. Opting out stops future benchmark contributions. You may also separately control which categories of data are included.

endrow is not designed for or directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided personal information to us, we will promptly delete such information from our systems. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us at hello@endrow.farm.

endrow uses minimal browser storage. We do not use advertising cookies, analytics cookies, or social media tracking cookies. The browser storage we use is limited to your authentication session plus a few first-party continuity items such as invite tokens, referral codes, and the signup path you intentionally chose so the account flow can stay consistent. If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA):

• Right to know: You have the right to request disclosure of the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the categories of sources from which it was collected, the business purpose for collection, and the categories of third parties with whom it is shared.
• Right to delete: You have the right to request deletion of personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain legal exceptions.
• Right to opt out of sale: endrow does not sell personal information as defined under CCPA. De-identified, aggregated data that cannot reasonably be linked to an individual user is not considered personal information under CCPA. If you participate in our voluntary Regional Benchmark Network, that aggregate data is used only to strengthen regional benchmark context inside endrow.
• Right to non-discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights.

To exercise your CCPA rights, contact us at hello@endrow.farm. We will verify your identity before processing your request and respond within 45 days as required by law.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. We will post the revised policy in endrow and, where appropriate, notify you by email or in-app. The updated policy will state when it takes effect.

endrow is an informational and record-keeping tool. We are NOT registered as a Commodity Trading Advisor (CTA), introducing broker, futures commission merchant, or investment adviser with the CFTC, the NFA, the SEC, or any state securities regulator. Every "sell or wait," "decision confidence," and "outlook score" you see in the product is a status report against your own written marketing plan and the public market record — not a recommendation from endrow to enter, exit, or maintain a specific futures, options, swap, hedge-to-arrive, or basis-contract position.
