Important Disclosures

Please read these disclosures carefully. They describe the nature and limitations of the information and tools provided by endrow.

endrow is not a financial advisor. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or trading advice. All market data and analytical outputs are provided for informational purposes only. You are solely responsible for your grain marketing decisions.

Not Financial Advice

endrow is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, commodity trading advisor (CTA), commodity pool operator (CPO), or financial planner under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940, the Commodity Exchange Act, or any state securities or commodities laws. endrow is not registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), or the National Futures Association (NFA).

Nothing on this Platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, commodity trading advice, or any form of personalized recommendation. The information, tools, and analytical outputs provided by endrow are intended solely as educational and informational resources to assist you in your own independent decision-making process.

endrow does not make any representations or warranties regarding the suitability of any particular marketing strategy, trade, or decision for your specific situation.

Algorithmic Recommendations

The HOLD, SELL, and BUY indicators displayed on the endrow platform are generated by proprietary algorithmic analysis. These algorithms process a combination of publicly available market data, futures prices, basis information, historical price patterns, seasonal trends, commitment of traders (CFTC COT) data, USDA reports, weather data, and sentiment indicators.

These algorithmic outputs:

  • Are not personalized advice. They do not account for your specific financial situation, cash flow needs, loan covenants, crop insurance coverage, storage capacity, basis contracts, or risk tolerance.
  • May not be suitable for your operation. What is statistically favorable for one farm may be inappropriate for another based on location, scale, cost structure, and financial obligations.
  • Are based on historical patterns and statistical models that may not accurately predict future market behavior.
  • May change rapidly as new data becomes available, and prior signals may be revised without notice.
  • Should be considered as one input among many in your marketing decision process, not as a directive.

No Guarantee of Accuracy

Market data displayed on endrow is sourced from publicly available data providers, including:

  • Yahoo Finance (yfinance) — Grain futures prices, which are typically delayed by 15 minutes or more from real-time market activity.
  • USDA (United States Department of Agriculture) — Crop production estimates, supply and demand reports (WASDE), acreage data, and export inspection data.
  • NOAA (National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration) — Weather data and forecasts used in crop condition analysis.
  • CFTC (Commodity Futures Trading Commission) — Commitment of Traders reports reflecting the positions of commercial and speculative market participants.

endrow does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of any market data, regardless of source. Data may be delayed, incomplete, contain errors, or be subject to revision. Market prices displayed on endrow may differ from the prices available to you at your local elevator or through your broker.

Always verify critical market data and pricing with your local grain elevator, commodity broker, or other authoritative source before making marketing decisions.

Risk of Loss

Grain marketing involves substantial risk of financial loss. The prices of corn, soybeans, wheat, and other agricultural commodities are subject to significant volatility driven by factors including but not limited to: weather events, government policy changes, trade disputes, currency fluctuations, global supply and demand shifts, speculative activity, and geopolitical events.

Past performance of any marketing strategy, indicator, or signal does not guarantee future results. The fact that a particular signal or strategy produced favorable results in historical backtesting does not mean it will produce favorable results in the future. Historical performance is presented for informational purposes only.

The value of grain in storage, under forward contract, or in futures positions can decline significantly and rapidly. You could lose part or all of the value of your crop. You should never commit to a marketing position based solely on endrow's algorithmic analysis.

AI Limitations

endrow uses artificial intelligence, specifically frontier large language models (LLMs) provided by Anthropic and OpenAI, to generate market briefs, analytical summaries, and contextual recommendations. You should be aware of the following limitations:

  • AI can produce errors. Language models can generate inaccurate, misleading, or factually incorrect statements. They may present incorrect data as though it were accurate.
  • AI can hallucinate. LLMs may fabricate data points, statistics, or citations that do not exist. This is a known limitation of the underlying technology.
  • AI may provide inappropriate recommendations. The analytical outputs generated by AI may not be appropriate for your specific situation, and the AI does not fully understand the nuances of your individual operation.
  • AI outputs are not verified in real time. While endrow feeds current data into its AI models, the interpretation and synthesis performed by the AI may contain errors that are not caught before the output reaches you.

Always verify AI-generated analysis against authoritative sources such as your local elevator, commodity broker, USDA publications, university extension services, or other trusted references before acting on it.

Monte Carlo Simulations and Stress Testing

endrow may provide profit-and-loss (P&L) projections, break-even analysis, and scenario modeling using Monte Carlo simulation methods and other statistical techniques. These projections are based on:

  • Historical price data and volatility patterns
  • User-provided cost inputs and contract data
  • Statistical assumptions about price distributions and correlations
  • Simplifying assumptions that may not reflect real-world complexities

These simulations are illustrative tools, not forecasts. Actual results will differ from simulated results, potentially by a significant margin. Monte Carlo simulations cannot account for all possible market scenarios, including extreme or unprecedented events (sometimes called "black swan" events). The probability distributions used in these models are estimates based on historical data and may not accurately represent future market behavior.

Do not rely on P&L projections or stress-test results as guarantees of future performance or as the sole basis for marketing decisions.

User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all grain marketing decisions you make, whether or not those decisions are informed by data, analysis, or recommendations provided by endrow. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that:

  • endrow is a decision-support tool, not a decision-maker.
  • You have the knowledge and experience necessary to evaluate market information and make independent marketing decisions, or you will consult with qualified professionals before doing so.
  • You will not hold endrow responsible for any losses or adverse outcomes resulting from marketing decisions you make.
  • You understand the risks inherent in grain marketing and commodity trading.
  • You will consult with a qualified commodity broker, financial advisor, farm management consultant, or other professional before making significant marketing commitments based on information provided by the Platform.

Independent Decision-Making

endrow is designed to supplement, not replace, your judgment and your relationships with trusted advisors. The Platform provides data, tools, and analytical perspectives intended to enhance your existing decision-making process. It is not a substitute for:

  • Professional commodity brokerage services
  • Licensed financial planning or investment advisory services
  • Farm management consulting
  • Tax or legal advice

  • Professional agronomy, crop consulting, pesticide application, or nutrient-management advice
  • Pesticide label, applicator certification, Worker Protection Standard, or state registration compliance
  • Your own experience and knowledge of your operation, your markets, and your local conditions

We strongly encourage you to maintain relationships with qualified professionals and to use endrow as one tool among many in managing your farming operation.

Agronomy, Pesticide, and Fertility Information

endrow's agronomy, pesticide, spray, and fertilizer information is decision-support information only. Product-specific pesticide use must be checked against the current product label, EPA registration, state registration or supplemental label, restricted-use certification requirements, Worker Protection Standard duties, and applicable local law before any purchase, mix, handling, or application decision.

Fertility and nutrient-planning outputs depend on local soil-test methods, sample depth, lab units, yield goals, manure and legume credits, product analysis, timing, placement, weather, runoff risk, and local extension or Certified Crop Adviser context. Always verify rates, placement, safety requirements, and compliance obligations with qualified agronomy professionals and authoritative regulatory sources.

Regulatory Compliance

endrow monitors the regulatory landscape and strives to comply with all applicable laws. However, the regulation of agricultural technology, AI-generated market analysis, and commodity information services is evolving. If regulatory changes require endrow to modify or discontinue any feature or service, we will make reasonable efforts to provide notice and transition time to affected users.

If you believe any feature or output of endrow raises regulatory concerns, please contact us at hello@endrow.farm.
