For one planned pass, keep these facts together:

• Field, crop, acres, and crop stage if relevant.
• Product name and label source.
• Rate check, tank note, or restriction note from the label or advisor.
• Weather, wind, cutoff, or timing concern.
• Applicator and reviewer.
• Photo, PDF, worksheet, work order, or other proof.
• Follow-up after the pass is finished.

The label, applicator, agronomist, and state rules still control the decision. The farm record is there so the plan, proof, and follow-up are not scattered.

Why the record matters later

The pass is not over when the sprayer leaves the field. Someone may need to answer what was checked, who checked it, what label was used, what weather note mattered, or where the proof is.
